Testimonials
Many thanks. Congratulations on your successful conference. I hope it will contribute to enhance the association’s contribution to our region, and Ethiopia in particular. Let me appreciate your personal contribution and organising committee to pull things. It is always complicated and time consuming to prepare such international conferences.

Greetings from Mombasa!! I needed a few days to catch my breath! Well done and a mighty big congratulations. RAME2016 was a roaring success. You did from your heart. It showed. And you best my doubts. You set your mind and hearts to win and you did it. Please pass on my compliments to the team. You put together a splendid team. My suggestion : think of creating a symposium every 2 years. Please do not lose this momentum. You now have a premium before you
Well done and thank you for opening your beautiful country to so many first timers!
With best regards,
Issa S. Baluch
I can only but eco Issa’s sentiments – a really wonderful Field Meeting greatly enjoyed by ALL…
Yes, congratulations must go to the entire team for their dedication to the cause and doing everything possible to achieve success. Never can one achieve 100% success but needless to state that you came close.
As stated during my closing address – you as EFFSAA must ensure that you remain relevant and must constantly re-invent yourselves in order to meet the needs of the Members. Remember the Association works for the Members and without them there is no Association. As pointed out by Issa you now have a wonderful platform to negotiate from and you must not forgo the momentum to garner additional support from stakeholders such as the Authorities (Customs and Port Authorities – both in Ethiopia and Djibouti) , Shipping Lines, Transport Companies – especially the newly introduced Rail Company. Not forgetting Warehousing and IT Companies. This will widen the net and you may even accept such Companies as Associate Members…
Once again well done and Congratulations to the entire TEAM!!!

Highly Appreciate the kind help given and looking forward to work with you on other events.

Dear RAME 2016 Team
I want to say big congratulations on hosting a successful conference in Addis. This one will be remembered and talked about for many years to come. Having been on the road with you since the very first day you submitted your application, I have seen the tremendous efforts that have gone into to organize the field meeting in Addis and the amount of time spent on every little detail.
I must also say thank you for your generous hospitality. There was never a moment during my stay where I felt uncomfortable. Even during the time when I forgot my UN badge when entering the AU building (Thanks Teddy for the words of confidence).
It was a pleasure working with all of you and look forward to more collaboration together in future projects/initiatives. Please feel free to reach out should you need anything.
Thanking you all and all the best!
Bassil Eid
